Meier)</author><description>Provides lightweight helpers for adding gene and chemical
tooltips to 'R Markdown', 'Quarto', 'shiny', 'pkgdown', and
other HTML outputs. The package emits small HTML spans with
module-specific data attributes and attaches the browser-side
'bio-tooltips' JavaScript and CSS assets through 'htmltools'.
Entity lookup and rendering are handled in the browser by
'bio-tooltips'; this package does not query biological
databases from R during package checks.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/mattjmeier/actions/runs/37597263158</link><pubDate>Wed, 07 Oct 2026 01:24:43 GMT</pubDate><r:package>BioTooltipR</r:package><r:version>0.1.2.9000</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://mattjmeier.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/mattjmeier/biotooltipr</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>BioTooltipR.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>BioTooltipR.html</r:filename><r:title>Adding BioTooltipR to R Markdown reports</r:title><r:created>2026-06-19 12:56:24</r:created><r:modified>2026-09-23 23:02:05</r:modified></r:article></item><item><title>[bioc] MutSeqR 1.1.0</title><author>matthew.meier@hc-sc.gc.ca (Matthew J. error- corrected sequencing (ECS) for the purpose of
mutagencity assessment. Functions include importing the

Meier)</author><description>Experimental data for use with the MutSeqR vignette and
examples. This dataset is taken from LeBlanc et al., 2022. 24
MutaMouse animals were exposed to one of three doses of
benzo[a]pyrene or a vehicle control for 28 days by oral gavage.
28 days after the end of the exposure, bone marrow of the
femurs was harvested from euthanized animals. DNA extraction
was conducted via DNeasy Blood and Tissue kit. DNA samples were
sequenced using TwinStrand's Duplex Sequencing on the Mouse
Mutagenesis Panel at &gt; 10,000 depth. The Mouse Mutagenesis
Panel comprises 20 2.4kb genomic targets with one located on
each mouse autosome (two on chromosome 1). Pre-processing of
sequence reads was redone since publication using an updated
version of TwinStrand's Mutagenesis App (v. 3.20.1) which
produced tabular mutation data files for each sample. Data
contained herein are only those required for running MutSeqR
examples and vignette.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/38045822128</link><pubDate>Tue, 28 Apr 2026 12:38:12 GMT</pubDate><r:package>MutSeqRData</r:package><r:version>1.1.0</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/MutSeqRData</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>Supporting_data_for_MutSeqR.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>Supporting_data_for_MutSeqR.html</r:filename><r:title>Supporting data for the MutSeqR package</r:title><r:created>2025-06-26 17:49:42</r:created><r:modified>2025-06-26 17:49:42</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
